28例复合性不完全断肢再植术围手术期的护理

目的探讨28例复合性不完全离断肢再植术围手术期的护理经验。方法回顾性总结和分析28例复合伤不完全断肢再植术围手术期的护理措施。结果28例患者中除1例因合并颅脑外伤死于脑疝外,其余无出现并发症,均在术后4～5w出院。随访1～2年,再植肢体功能恢复理想,肢体活动自如。结论术前伤口的清创和迅速的止血,术后预防感染、血管危象的观察和康复指导是促使不完全离断肢再植肢体成活率和功能恢复的重要措施。

Objective To enhance the survival rate of replanted limb and function recovery of patients with partially mutilation limb. Methods Preoperative nursing, mental nursing, postoperative complication and rehabilitation training were analyzed retrospectively in 28 cases with compound wound and partially mulitation of limbs. Results 28 cases had no complication and were discharged in 4～5 weeks after operation except for one who died from cerebral hernia. Conclusions Prompt preoperative treatment, mental nursing, observation and attentive nursing of postoperative complication and appropriate function training could guarantee the patient′s rehabilitation.
