慢性前列腺炎患者心身状态调查及对策

Investigation of psychological states in patients with chronic prostatitis and countermeasure of nursing

目的了解慢性前列腺炎患者心身状态及其影响因素,并探讨相应的护理对策。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL鄄90)分别对68例慢性前列腺炎患者和健康人群进行心身状态调查,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果患者的SCL鄄90各项统计指标与健康人群比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;患者主要担心的问题依次为:担心性功能障碍影响夫妻感情,怕通过性生活将炎症传染给妻子,害怕会转变为恶性肿瘤,害怕失去生育能力;有10.3%的患者对所患疾病完全不认知;有58.8%的患者对疾病康复保健知识完全不掌握。结论慢性前列腺炎患者心理健康水平比普通人群要低。建立良好的护患关系,发挥家庭效用,做好康复护理能有效地减轻或解除患者心身痛苦。

Objective To investigate the psychological states in patients with chronic prostatitis and to discuss countermeasures of nursing. Methods 68 patients with chronic prostatitis were assessed by SCL-90 and self-made questionnaire. A control group was used. Results Statistical indicators of SCL-90 in patients with chronic prostatitis were higher than those in the control group. 83.8% of patients with chronic prostatitis had enormous psychological troubles. Conclusion Good relationship with nurses, help of family members, and rehabilitation nursing can reduce or relieve pains of mind and body in patients with chronic prostatitis effectively.
