医疗用品消毒供应一体化管理探讨

目的探讨医疗用品消毒供应集中管理、集中消毒的一体化管理模式。方法2004年2月～2005年4月对24家医院及社康中心的医疗用品消毒供应实施一体化管理。结果实施医疗用品消毒供应一体化管理前后物品回收、洗涤、包装、灭菌、发放工作质量以及临床对消毒供应服务满意度等比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论中心供应室一体化管理模式有利于确保消毒灭菌的全过程控制,有效控制医源性感染发生,确保就医安全,并真正体现合理利用卫生资源。

Objective To study the integral management of medical supplies with centralized management, centralized disinfect. Method Integrated managed the disinfection and supply to the medical things, which belong to 24 hospitals and society health centers, during February 2004 to April 2005. Result The medical things disinfection supply security, high quality,truly in person of the reasonable use health resources. Condusion It is good to insure control the disinfection in overall process, insure control the hosptial acquired infection,insure the safe of hospitalize.
