摘要
分析目前存在的影响眼科手术室护理安全的隐患,并针对这些问题提出如下的对策:加强护理道德教育,提高自身素质;增强自我保护意识;加强护理质量管理和提高专科技术能力。
Hidden dangers for nursing security in operating rooms were explored, and countermeasures were put forward. Moral education, self-protection awareness, quality management and technical skills should be improved to remove these hidden dangers.
