社区护理干预对儿童铅中毒的影响

目的探讨社区护理干预对防治儿童铅中毒的效果。方法将113名铅中毒儿童作为研究对象,针对铅中毒的相关因素,进行饮食、行为等护理干预。干预后6个月后进行效果评价。结果干预前后儿童对铅中毒知识知晓率、不良生活习惯转化率、血铅浓度比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论社区护理干预可提高儿童和家长对铅中毒的认识,是预防儿童铅中毒的关键措施。

Objectives To study the effect of social nursing to prevent and cure children's lead poisoning. Methods 113 lead poisoning children were studied. Social nursing for lead poisoning were performed, including health educations, diet, and behaviour interventions. The effect was evaluated after 6 months. Results There was significant difference before and after interposing (P < 0.05) in patients′ knowledge about lead poisoning and the bad living habits. The concentration of lead in the blood was significantly decreased. Conclusions Social nurse interventions can enhance the parents' and children's knowledge about lead poisoning, and thus prevent lead poisoning in children.
