加强家属健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨加强家属健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选择89例糖尿病患者,随机分成观察组45例,对照组44例,两组患者均予以常规综合治疗,内容包括健康教育、饮食治疗、运动治疗、应用降糖药物及血糖监测等,而观察组在此基础上,同时强化家属健康教育。在患者住院后的第3周采用生活质量评定量表,分别对两组患者的生活质量进行总体评分。结果观察组患者总体生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化家属健康教育可提高糖尿病患者家属的照料水平及配合程度,并以此提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the influence of health education for patients' family members on the quality of lives of diabetics. Method Eighty-nine cases of diabetics in the department of endocrinology between July of 2004 and February of 2005 were chosen. They were randomly divided into two groups: 45 cases in the experiment group and 44 cases in the control group. The two groups were given routine comprehensive treatment, including health education, diet treatment, kinesitherapy, use of antihyperglycemic agents and monitoring blood sugar. Besides, for patients in the experiment group health education is strengthened for their family members. On the third week after being in hospital, patients were evaluated on the quality of their lives. Result The quality of lives of the experiment group is higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Health education can give better care to the diabetics and the patients will cooperate well with their family members. The quality of lives of the diabetics will be improved.
