摘要
首先介绍网络化制造的内涵以及网络化制造环境下数字化生产车间研究的背景,然后重点分析数字化生产车间的关键技术:分布式数字控制(DNC)、刀具标刻及自动识别技术、基于信息反馈的计划调度技术以及全生命周期的资源管理技术。最后在上述研究的基础上探讨数字化生产车间管理系统的应用体系以及软件实现体系。
The paper firstly introduces the definition of networked manufacturing and background of digital plant research, and then analyses the key technology, such as distribute digital control (DNC), tools engraving and identifying technology, plant scheduling and dispatching, the whole life cycle resources management. The thesis lastly discusses the application frame- work and software realization infrastructure of plant management system based on study above.
