药用栀子中环烯醚萜苷类成分的HPLC定量分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法测定药用栀子中5种环烯醚萜苷类成分的含量。方法:采用色谱柱Elite-ODS(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-水(9:91),柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果:栀子苷、京尼平1-β-D- 龙胆双糖苷、鸡矢藤次苷甲酯、羟异栀子苷和栀子苷酸的加样回收率(n=5)分别为99.8%,98.7%,99.3%,95.1%,96.2%; RSD分别为1.4%,1.2%,1.5%,1.8%,1.7%。结论:不同种类的药用栀子及其不同药用部位所含的5种环烯醚萜苷含量存在较大的差异。 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of five iridoid compounds in Fructus Gardeniae. Methods:The column was Elite - ODS(5μm,150 mm×4.6mm) ;the mobile phase consisted of aceto-nitrile-water(9:91); the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 ;the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm and 25℃ of column temperature. Results:The average recovery rate of iridoid compounds was 99. 8% , 98. 7% , 99. 3% , 95. 1% ,96. 2% with corresponding RSD of 1. 4% ,1. 2% ,1. 5% ,1. 8% ,1. 7%. Conclusion:This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and provided a scientific basis for the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.
