反相离子对色谱法测定止咳祛痰颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Ion-pair RP-HPLC Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Zhike Qutan Granules

目的:测定止咳祛痰颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量。方法:采用反相离子对色谱法。C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈- 0.2%十二烷基磺酸钠(用磷酸调pH至2)(35:65)为流动相;流速:1 mL·min-1,UV检测波长为210 nm。结果:进样量在 0.05-0.26 μg之间,进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系。回收率为97.6%。结论:样品分离效果好,测定结果准确、可靠,重复性好。

Objective:To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride Zhike Qutan granules. Method:An ion -pair RP-HPLC method was established using C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) ,with acetonitrile-0.2% SDS(adjust pH to 2 with phosphoric acid) as a mobile phase,flow rate was 1 mL·min,detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results:The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.05-0.26μg; the average recovery was 97.6%. Conclusion:The method showed good separation, the results are accurate and reproducible.
