摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定咪康唑氯倍他索乳膏中两组分含量。方法:采用Hypersil C18色谱柱5μm.4.6 mm×200 mm),以甲醇-0.09%醋酸铵(83∶17)为流动相,流速1.2 mL·min-1,紫外检测器于239mm测定。结果:HPLC法测定,样品与基质分离良好,硝酸咪康唑和丙酸氯倍他索线性范围分别为0.494-1.152 mg·mL-1(r=0.9995)和14-26μg·mL-1(r=0.9992),平均回收率分别为100.3%与99.6%,样品溶液在24 h内稳定。结论:本法简便、快速、结果准确、可靠,重现性好。
Objective:To determine the content of two component parts in compound miconazole nitrate cream by HPLC.Methods:The column:Hypersil C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm×200 mm) ; The mobile phase:methanol-0.09% NH4Ac(83:17);The flow rate:1.2 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength :239nm. Results:The sample and host were separated well by HPLC. The linear response range were 0.494-1.152 mg·mL-1 for miconazole nitrate(r=0.9995) and 14-26μg·mL-1 for clobetasol propionate(r =0.9992). The average recoveries were 100.3% and 99. 6% . The sample solution was steady within 24 h. Conclusions:This method is simple,rapid ,accurate, reliable and correct.
