摘要
以正硅酸乙酯和甲基三乙氧基硅烷为主要原料,在酸催化下,在醇溶液中经水解缩聚制备出石刻保护有机硅涂料。讨论了单体配比、用水量、溶剂、催化剂、反应温度和时间对涂料性能的影响,得出最佳的反应条件,并对产品的性能进行了测试。
The title protective coatings is prepared based on ethyl metasilicate and methyl trimethoxy silane as raw materials,which are then hydrolyzed in alcohols at the presence of acid catalyst.The influence of monomer ratio,water amount,solvents,catalysts,reaction time and temperature on coatings performance is discussed.The optimum reaction conditions are given.The performance of the product is tested.
