骨原发性恶性肿瘤含瘤骨段体内灭活实验研究

In situ Devitalization of Bone that Contains Malignant Tumor Tissue

在临床开展骨原发性恶性肿瘤含瘤骨段体内灭活的基础上，对本法的可行性进行了研究。传统的体外灭活法的离体是为了切断经皮质骨的血液供给。如能证明本法同样可以切断血供，即可达到安全使用的目的。动物实验和解剖学研究证实，体内灭活法完全可以阻断血流，达到与体外灭活相同的结果。而不离体较离体灭活有明显的优点。

During surgical treatment of bone tumor when the visible tumor tissue was removed, the remaining part of the involved bone which most likely harbors residual malignant tumor tissue can be treated in situ without being resected and undergoes devitalization outside the body as was practised heretofore. The technic was first tried on animal and then practised in human body with promising result.
