摘要
对一种耐火钢焊接性能进行模拟研究,绘制了热影响区连续冷却转变曲线SH-CCT,计算了钢的碳当量,并预测了25mm板的止裂温度、HAZ最大硬度。结果表明,该钢具备较低的冷裂纹敏感性。
Using the thermal simulation technique,the simulated HAZ continuous cooling transformation curves of a fire-resistant steel were drawn. The carbon equivalent has calculated.The crackproof temperature and the maximum HAZ hardness of 25mm plate have forecasted.The results suggested that the steel has low weld cold crack sensitivity.
