乳腺癌和良性病变组织中E_2、6PGDH、ICDH的分布及在乳腺癌中相互关系

摘要 应用组化方法对82例乳腺癌和35例乳腺良性病变组织中E2、6PGDH和ICDH活性分布进行检测。乳腺癌E2、6PGDH和ICDH阳性率分别为78.0%、75.6%和76.8%,良性病变分别为40.0%、20.0%和14.3%;乳腺癌6PGDH和ICDH高酶活性(Ⅱ~Ⅲ级)率均为52.4%,良性病变均为2.8%;乳腺癌中E2阳性率及半定量分级与6PGDH和ICDH高酶活性率均存在密切关系。检测E2、6PGDH和ICDH对了解乳腺癌激素依赖性可能有重要意义,6PGDH和ICDH活性可能是反映乳腺癌生物学行为较好的酶标记物。 The distributions of endogenous estrogen (E2),6-phosphogluconic acid dehydrogenase (6PGDH) and isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICDH) in 117 breast lesions were studied with histochemical technics.The positive rate of E2,6PGDH and ICDH in 82 cases of breast cancer was 78%,75.6% and 76.8% respectively,and in 35 cases of benign lesions being 40%,20% and 14.3% in that order.The enzyme activity of 6PGDH and ICDH was high in breast cancer upto 52.4% in frequency and in benign lesions only 2.8%.Parallel correlations were found with respect to positive rates of semiquantitative grading of E2 and the activity of 6PGDH and ICDH in breast cancer.These led to the conclusions that assay of E2,6PGDH and ICDH might have important significance in heralding hormone dependence status of breast cancer and that 6PGDH and ICDH might be good enzyme markers in reflecting biological behaviors of breast cancer.
