自体游离髌骨加同侧带血管腓骨重建膝关节

The Reconstruction of Knee Joint with Autogenous Patella and Pedicle Fibular Graft

髌骨的大小和形状为因肿瘤或外伤而破坏的股骨或胫骨内、外髁提供一较好关节面．取得较满意膝关节功能。但被植入之髌骨可能缺血坏死，植骨愈合时间长、负重晚。２例以带血管腓骨的游离髌骨植入术，不仅避免了髌骨的缺血坏死，也可明显加快骨愈合，可以提高负重。随访１年６个月和４年４个月证明术后膝关节功能良好。

The size and shape of the patella make it suitable for the partial replacement of a femoral or tibial condyle defect followen resestron of tumor or by trauma.It can provide a good articular surface and may give satisfactory knee function,but there is a possibility of avascular necrosia of the graft patella in addition to a demand of prolonged weight bearing period weight after such operative procedures. Two cases of fibular graft with vasular pedicle placed between the patellar graft and femur defect were performed.The advantage of this operative procedure is evidenced not only by the avoidance of avascular necrosis of the patellar graft but also being capable of bearing weight earlier.A good function of knee joint was proven on following-up.
