聚乙二醇抑制岩屑水化分散作用的影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过滚动回收率试验,对聚乙二醇(PEG)抑制岩屑水化分散的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,KCl与PEG具有很好的协同作用,加入少量的KCl就能大大增强PEG的抑制作用;NaCl主要通过调节PEG溶液的浊点温度来改变PEG的抑制作用,当加入NaCl导致PEG溶液浊点温度低于试验温度时,可显著提高PEG溶液的抑制作用;温度对PEG/NaCl复配体系和PEG/CaCl2复配体系的抑制性影响很大,在高于浊点温度下使用可大幅度提高其抑制性能;PEG相对分子量在2000-20000时对其抑制性影响不显著。 The factors affecting the inhibition of polyethylene glycol are studied with the shale dispersion tests. The results show that KC1 can greatly strengthen polyethylene glycol inhibition with low addition, NaCl can greatly improve polyethylene glycol inhibition only when it's feeding quantity results in the cloud point of polyethylene glycol solution above the test temperature, temperature greatly affects the inhibition of polyethylene glycol/NaCl complexes and polyethylene glycol/CaCl2 complexes, and the molecular weight from 2000 to 20000 has not apparent effect on inhibition of polyethylene glycols
