摘要
由于常规稠油冷采工艺不能满足高粘度深井开采的需要,研究开发了强启闭阀柱塞串联式抽油泵,其结构简单,适用范围广,可用于各类斜井、稠油井、偏磨井等。该泵由于采用强启闭蝶形吸入阀、机械式排出阀和柱塞串联式结构,有效解决了斜井阀体关闭不严,稠油井杆柱下行困难,吸入阀关闭滞后,偏磨严重井中柱塞上阀罩易磨断等问题。该泵已在多口斜井、稠油井和偏磨严重井上应用,泵效平均提高3%-5%。
Because the normal cold recovery techniques for heavy oil can not meet demands for producing high viscous crude oil in a deep well, a plunger tandem oil pump with power switch valve is developed. It can be used in all kinds of deviated wells, heavy oil wells, eccentrically worn wells, etc. for its simple design and wide application. Because the pump employs power switch butterfly suction valve, mechanical discharge valve, and plunger tandem structure, it overcomes such shortcomings as partial close of valves in a deviated well, difficult run of rods in a heavy oil well, lag close of suction valves, easily broken of upper valve housing of plunger in a severe eccentrically worn well. The pump has been used in a lot of deviated wells, heavy oil wells, and severe eccentrically worn wells, and the average pump efficiency is increased by 3%-5%.
