摘要 传统认为抗原经过高温处理;将失去抗原活性。自报道高温治癌产生远位效应后,深入高温固化癌细胞研究,发现经65℃制各的H—固化瘤苗具有癌特异性抗原性质。通过细胞培养证实该瘤苗是以TCR—MHC—HSTV(高温固化癌苗)三分子复体形式,激发的特异性细胞免疫效应。用H—固化瘤苗免疫的BALB/C小鼠,能够92%抗同源108个癌细胞的功击,与对照组癌发率100%比较有显著差异。经病理证实属特异性细胞免疫。据资料研究认为H—固化瘤苗具有肿瘤内源性抗原特性。 It is well known that tumor antigen will lose its potency through heat-processing.Since the report that hyperthermia exerts anti-cancer effect on remote areas away from the heated locus, further studies made on hyperthermia solidification of cancer have found that hyperthermatized solidified tumor vaccine(HSTV) possesses the characteristics of specific tumor antigen. Cellular cultures study showed that HSTV is the molecular complex of MHC-antigen peptide and TCR, which incite specific cellular immunity. In the present study, 92%(46/50)of BALB/C mice immunized by HSTV could tolerate the assault of 108 cancer cells, whereas 100% cancer incidence occurred in the control group. Specific cellular immunity of HSTV was confirmed pathoiogically.The data showed that HSTV is belong to the endogenous specific antigen of cancer.
