摘要
观察乳腺癌与结肠癌组织培养上清液对植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的患者及正常人外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)增殖和白细胞介素2(IL-2)产量的影响,并对该上清液中的免疫抑制因子(TDSF)的理化性质作了初步研究。结果表明,两种癌组织培养上清液对PHA诱导的患者本人及健康人的T细胞增殖均有明显抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖关系,而对IL-2产量无明显影响。理化特性研究见乳腺癌上清液含有两种活性成分,一种为对热及胰酶敏感的蛋白质,另一种为性质稳定的非蛋白质。
By using supernatant from cultures of tumor tissues of breast cancer and colon cancer, the effects of tumor-derived immunosuppressive factors(TDSF) on PHA-induced proliferation and IL-2 prduction have been investigated. The results showed that TDSF inhibited lymphocyte proliferation of cancer patients and healthy donors,but gave rise to no effect on IL-2 production. TDSF from breast cancer tissue contained 2 components that affected lymphocyte proliferation.One Was a protein With high absorption at 280um and was sensitive to heat and trypsin. The other one, most likely was a non-protein substance with very low absorption at 280urn and was heat stable and trysin-resistant.
