The prior growth of means of producfion and balance of proportion of two divisions are a focas of the social reproduction formed by varied kinds of factors.It's the core in the gerenal process of a socialist economy. From quantitative analysis, under a condition of technologic progress and improvement of technologic structure, it is important to develop a mathematical model for the optimization.Beyond doubt, it has cevtain value for decision of macroeconomy and economic researches.
