摘要
本文就减少城市货运卡车的空驶里程提出了一种启发式算法和与之相适应的派车方法.
A heuristic algorithm for vehicle Routing and truck-dispatching method which corresponds with the algorithm are presented in this paper. It is use to reduce mileage of empty trucks in cities.
