颅内海绵状血管瘤22例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Intracranial Cavernous Angioma

经手术治疗的颅内海绵状血管瘤２２例，其中男８例，女１４例。临床多表现为头痛、癫痫发作及局灶性神经功能障碍，因其ＣＴ及脑血管造影改变多不典型，术前易误诊。另外，本文还对海绵状血管瘤的诊断、病变部位与治疗选择及效果、以及病理改变等方面进行了探讨。

Twenty-two cases of intracranial carvernous angioma(8 males,14 females)treated with operation are reported.The main clinical symptoms of this disease were headache,epilepsy and local neurological dysfunction.As a result of the absence of specific signs of CT or GAG,the diagnosis was often mistaken before surgery.
