经裂孔胸腔外食管切除术

Transhiatal Extrathoracic Esophagectomy

１１例经裂孔胸腔外食管切除术，其中食管下段癌７例，上胸段癌２例，贲门癌２例。切除标本病理检查上下切端均呈阴性。本组无手术死亡，仅１例发生颈部吻合口瘘，手术结果满意。作者讨论了该术式的适应证及优点。文献中食管血供的基础研究证实了其安全性。作者认为术前常规ＣＴ检查是选择此术式的必要方法。

Transhiatal extrathoracic esophagectomy(TEE)has been performed on 11 patients of whom 2 had adenocarcinoma of the cardia and 9 squamouscell carcinoma of the esophagus.The results of operation were satisfactory without operative death except the occurrence of an anastomotic leakage.The indications and advantages of TEE were discussed.It Is suggested that CT scan is necessary indecision of using the technic of TEE.
