电视胸腔镜切除后纵隔神经源性肿瘤

Resection of Posterior Mediastinal Tumors with Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery──A Report of Two Cases

报告２例后纵隔神经源性肿瘤在电视胸腔镜下手术切除的体会。认为纵隔单发、无严重粘连的神经源性肿瘤使用电视胸腔镜手术时间短、对病人手术创伤小，术后呼吸、咳嗽、排痰好。术后购管拔除时间早，生活质量高，住院周期短等优点。此项技术应进一步熟练，扩大临床方面的应用。

Two cases with posterior mediastinal neurogenic tumors without adhesion were treated by video-assisted thoracic surgery. The advantages of this kind of operation were apparent, such as shortening of operation time, less trauma, better postoperative respiration and less cough, early withdrawal of thoracicdrainage tube, short hospital stay. This skill can be improved and expanded in usage.
