摘要
简要介绍了材料热膨胀系数的定义及分类,并对经常使用的零件热变形的计算方法及计算产生的误差进行了分析。特别指出了当前采用同拟合的热变形多项式拟合的瞬时热膨胀系数多项式在计算材料热变形量时所带来的误差范围,并以铝棒为研究对象进行了计算和分析。
The definition and classification of material's thermal expansion coefficient are introduced briefly. The thermal deformation calculation method and error of parts often used in practice are analyzed. The error range when calculating the material's thermal deformation, which is caused by using different methods to fit instantaneous thermal expansion coefficient polynomials, is pointed out especially. As a research object, the parameters of the aluminium stick are calculated and analyzed.
