采用机械零件强度可靠性设计的方法,对HSK工具系统锥面过盈配合的可靠性进行了分析,建立了刀柄锥面过盈配合的强度可靠性模型,并且应用应力—强度干涉理论推导出了可靠度的计算公式。

Based on the theory of mechanical reliability design, the reliability of tapered interference joint of HSK toolholder is analyzed, the reliability model is established, and the general formula for reliability computation is presented.
