根据国内木材染色企业的实际需求,结合色度学和颜色测量的最新技术,开发出木材染色染料补加量计算软件,专门用于浸渍处理木材单板的染色,使染料残液可以循环使用,有效减少染料、能源的消耗和染料残液的排放量。
A computer color matching (CCM) software program has been developed to improve the process for wood dyeing. The program controls a multi-batch dyeing process by combining a new technology of chroma and color checking. The software adjusts the color of a veneer dipping dye process with a recycled dye bath solution. The procedure reduces processing costs by conserving dyestuff, energy consumption, and wastewater.
