藻酸盐敷料治疗皮肤溃疡的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Alginate Dressing for Skin Ulcer

目的通过与常规方法对比,观察藻酸盐敷料治疗皮肤溃疡的效果;方法随机将皮肤溃疡患者分为两组,实验组用藻酸盐敷料治疗,对照组用1∶5 000呋喃西林溶液湿敷治疗。观察两组的疼痛程度、不良反应、创面感染情况及愈合时间;结果实验组患者换药时疼痛较轻,创面愈合时间较短,创面无感染及不良反应;结论用藻酸盐敷料治疗皮肤溃疡安全有效,无不良反应且简便易行。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of treating skin ulcer by using alginate dressing.Methods Patients were randomly divided into the control group with 1∶5 000 furacilin solution and the treatment group with alginate dressing.Pain degree,side effects,infection state and healing period of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The patients in the treatment group had less pain in dressing change,a shorter healing period,no side effects,and ulcer infection as compared with the control group.Conclusion Alginate dressing is a safe and effective option for the treatment of skin ulcer.
