从学生的专业价值取向审视护理教育

Rethinking on the Nursing Education Out of Professional Value Tendency of Students

通过对护理专业学生专业价值取向的调查与分析,对当前我国护理教育进行审视与思考。认为在护理教育中应加强学生专业思想教育,引导正确的专业价值取向,培育人才;倡导护理研究,提高护理专业的社会地位,留住人才;完善护理教育层次,明确培养目标定位,做到人尽其才。

In this article,the professional value tendency of nursing students was investigated and analysed using the questionnaire.Out of the results of this investigation,the nursing education was rethought.We consider that the nursing teachers should enhance the professional education of nursing students to establish the correct professional value tendency,advocate the nursing research to improve the social status of nursing,consummate the levels of nursing education and confirm the aims of cultivation.
