摘要
从学分制的内涵和沿革入手,在与学年制相比较中界定出学分制的特征、揭示出学分制的优越性,指出学分制是素质教育运行机制的基础平台,进而分析学分制实施的基础,提出实行学分制应做好的五项具体工作.
This paper studies the connotation and history of the credit system, and depicts its characters and reveals its merits comparing with the scholastic year system, points out that the credit system is the basis of quality education, and analyses how to actualize the credit system, and provides the five concrete works to implement the credit system.
