摘要 利用RietveldX射线粉末衍射全谱图拟合方法,对Cu-Sb合金中的相组成(即Cu2Sb和Cu3Sb的相对含量)做定量相分析,该样品中Cu2Sb的相对含量为89.9%,Cu3Sb为10.1%,Rietvel分析的可靠性因子为RP=6.1%,Rwp=8.9%和S=1.0,并且进一步讨论数据收集范围及质量对分析结果的影响. The Rietveld's powder diffraction profile-fitting technique was carried out to quantify the phases Cu2Sb and Cu3Sb presented in a prepared Cu-Sb alloy. The result of the Rietveld method pointed out that the percentage of Cu2Sb in the alloy is 89. 9% and Cu3Sb is 10.1%, respectively. The reliability factors are RP=6.1% ,RWP=8. 9% and S= 1. 0. The influence of quality and collected range of X-ray diffraction data on the result of the Rietveld method has been discussed.
