摘要 总结了电力系统低频振荡的国内外现状,并在分析了电力系统低频振荡的数学模型的基础上,得出用PSS来抑制低频振荡的有效性,同时指出随着FACTS技术的发展,今后协调PSS和FACTS各个控制器之间的控制作用是彻底饵决低频振荡问题的关键. the present research status of power system low-frequency oscillation is summarized in this paper. And based on the analysis of the mathematic model of power system low-frequency oscillation, it is concluded that the PSS can restrain low-frequency oscillation effectively. It is also pointed presented that, with the development of FACTS, the key solution to resolve the problem of low-frequency oscillation will be adjusting the controlling effects between the PSS and FACTS.
