摘要
以4-氰基苯酚与α,ω-二溴烷烃为原料,合成了15个芳香二脒类化合物A2~A6,B2~B6和C2~C6,其结构均经1H-NMR和MS确定。初步杀菌试验结果表明,各化合物在质量浓度为10mg/L时,对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytiscinerea)、白菜黑斑病菌(Alternariabrassicae)和苹果干腐病菌(Botryosphaeriadothidea)等具有较高生物活性,特别是对番茄灰霉病菌,在10mg/L质量浓度下有8个化合物对其抑制率超过90%。
A series of aromatic diamidino compounds were synthesized from 4-cyanophenol and α,ω-dibromopane.All compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.Preliminary biossays showed that some compounds had fungicidal activities in Botrytis cinerea,Alternaria brassicae and Botryosphaer iadothidea at the concentration of 10 mg/L.The inhibition rate of eight compounds on B.cinerea reached 90% at the concentration of 10 mg/L.
