苹果汁中棒曲霉素主要产生菌的ITS序列分析鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 从浓缩苹果汁生产原料中分离出多种棒曲霉素产生菌,形态学初步鉴定表明其均为青霉属和曲霉属真菌。为确定其分类地位,又用ITS-DNA测序鉴定进行了验证。将ITS-rDNA提取后进行PCR扩增,测序后提交到EuropeanMolecularBiologyLaboratory(EMBL)核酸数据库,通过Blast程序,将ITS-rDNA序列与Genebank中的核酸序列进行对照,结果确定其确为青霉属与曲霉属菌株。 Several patulin-producing strains isolated from raw material of apple juice concentrates were identificated in morphology,in which all of them were penicillium and aspergillus.Then ITS-rDNA sequence analysis was used to confirm it.The ITS-rDNA sequence was submitted to european molecular biology laboratory (EMBL),and contrasted with DNA sequence in genebank and confirmed that they were penicillium and aspergillus.
