文章综述了超短激光脉冲测量技术的发展历程,特别详细地介绍了目前国际上公认的测量飞秒脉冲的频率分辨光学开关法(FROG)和光谱相位相干电场重构法(SPIDER),并概述了处于实验室阶段的阿秒脉冲产生的基本原理及测量方法。
Evolution in the measuring techniques of ultrashort Laser pulses is reviewed with a focus on two methods of the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG) and the spectral phase interferometry for direct electric-field reconstruc- tion (SPIDER) The basic principle and measurement of attosecond pulses are described.
