摘要
目的:通过观察自发性高血压大鼠的血压变化,评价降血压食品功能因子的降压效果。方法:选择自发性高血压大鼠模型,饲养1周后将其分组,并给不同剂量的含食品功能因子药物进行干预。结果:4周后对照组大鼠血压持续升高,各治疗组自发性大鼠血压出现明显下降,表明降血压食品功能因子有降低血压的作用。结论:降血压食品功能因子对自发性高血压大鼠有降压的功效。
Objective:To observe effects of descending Blood Pressure of SHR with Gene of Functional Food in blood pressure and indiction of biochemistry.Methods:Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats were used,feeding them for one week,Then the different functional foods were choosed to treat them for 4 weeks.Results:The blood pressure of model group was ascending.The blood pressure of other groups were descending and indictions of biochemistry has changed.Conclusion:Functional Food can descending Blood Pressure and chang indictions of biochemistry.
