摘要 根据唐钢第二炼铁厂高炉的原料条件和冶炼情况,研究了MgO、二元碱度(CaOSiO2)对高炉渣的流动性粘度熔化性温度的影响,为唐钢高炉优化造渣制度提供实验和理论依据,结果表明:炉渣碱度在1.10~1.20之间,MgO在10%~12%,Al2O3≯14%时高炉能达到较好的冶炼效果,从理论上分析了炉渣中R2及MgO的适宜含量范围。 According to the condition of raw materials and smelting in Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd, influence of MgO、(CaO/ SiO2)on viscosity ,melting temperature as well as BF slag has been tested, the theory and tested basis were given for selection optimum system of slag making of Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co.,Ltd.It indicated that :slag alkalinity is in 1.10~ 1.20, the content of MgO is between10%~12%, the content of the Al2O3 ≯14% can attain the better result of slag smelting. The suitable value of the R2 and MgO content in the slag is analyzed in this essay.
