P式空肠间置与改良空肠间置术式异同分析

Evaluation of Similarities and Differences of P-interposition and Modified Jejunal Interposition

自１９９１年８月至１９９４年８月间，先后进行Ｐ式空肠间置代胃术１８例，改良空肠间置术式１０例。１８例中，中位年龄６２岁，男：女＝１４：４；１０例中，中位年龄ＳＯ岁，男。女＝４：６。ＭＴＣ示踪，Ｐ式空肠间置术排空时间报告为９０分钟，改良空肠间置报告９０分钟内排空５０％。手术时间二者平均１８０±３０分钟。结合临床及参考国内外文献，就其各自微妙相悖之处予以探讨。

From August 1991 to August 1994,P-loop and modified esophagojejunostomy after total gastrectomy were performed in 18 and 10 patients respectively.The mean age of the patients in the first group was 62 years with a male and female ratio of 14:4 and that of the second group was 50 years with a male and female ratio of 4:6.A test with ￣(99m) TC showed that the emptying time after Ploop E-J-ostomy was 90 minutes and only 50% was emptied within 90 minutes after the modified E-J-ostomy.The average operation time of these two procedures was 180±30 minutes.The differences in other clinical characteristics between both procedures are discussed.
