取消电解铝等商品出口退税并对相关产品征收出口税,暗含着中国对高耗能产业发展的限制,将对有色金属行业的利润产生一定程度的影响,但从长远来看,这些调整对相关行业的影响更多地体现在“结构优化、产业升级”方面,最终目标是促进重要原材料行业的健康发展。
