摘要 含树脂芯砂的粘土砂旧砂再生较一般粘土砂再生显得更为复杂和困难,通过实验研究了几种再生方法的可行性和再生效果。结果表明:气流再生、低温加热-气流再生,只能获得用于造型的再生砂;热法再生、高温煅烧-气流再生,能获得优质的再生砂;中温加热-气流再生,其效果受加热温度的影响很大。 ore complex and difficulty show in reclamation of clay sand with resin-bonded core than of conventional clay sand.Engineering feasibility and reclamation effects of several processes has been researched by experiments.The results indicate that reclamation of air-flow friction and low heat/air-flow friction can produce reclamed sand only capable of using for molding;both thermal reclamation and high temperature calcine /air-flow friction process can produce quality reclamed sand while effect of medium temperature/air-flow friction process varied with heating temperature.
