透气性是砂型铸造铸型重要性能指标之一。低功耗便携式透气性快速测定仪的应用，解决了铸造生产现场砂型透气性测定速度慢的问题。该装置以变压气源取代传统的恒压气源，利用电子计数器记录排气时间。
