A NEW METHOD OF JUDGING PROGRAMMES

本文提出了一种新的方案优劣评判法.它是利用灰色系统理论关联分析的基本性质,根据诸个方案的技术经济评价指标数据列,构造出最优的技术经济指标参考数据列,通过诸个方案的指标数据列对该最优参考数据列关联度的计算,获得关联序,便是方案的优劣次序. 这种评判法的优越性在于能够把相互间互补的、不可比的技术经济指标变成可比的、可量化的.特别是对于多评价指标的系统方案选择、提供了一个简单可行的方法.

In this paper a new method was provided to judge programmes. The method,based on the main characteristics of the relational analysis in the Grey-System Theory, can gain, from number-series of technique economic evaluation indecies of various programmes, the optimum reference one. Then a caculation of the relational degree between the index number-series of the programmes and the optimum reference number series results in a relational sequences, which is the priority order of the programmes.The method has an advantage of converting mutual complementig and an uncomparable technique economic indecies into comparable and numerical ones and particularly providing a simple and feasible method for selecting system programmes from multi-evaluation indecies.
