摘要 从热力学和冶金学两个基本冶金条件出发,以铁液中主要氧化物生成自由能理论为基础,提出并分析了以铁液过热度的平方与保温时间的乘积为内函的铸铁综合性冶金基本条件的新概念及意义;引入并分析了关于SiO_2的平衡温度为起始温度的过热度新概念,。对冲天炉熔炼工艺和对感应电炉熔炼(保温)工艺的新发展作了分析介绍。对我国熔炼技术发展提出了建议。 ew concept and its meaning has been introduced and analysed that integrated principal conditions of cast iron metallurgy should be content with square of superheat multiplied by holding time.This has been set forth on the base of the theory of free energy generated by main oxide in the melt of iron and from the point of two principle conditions of metallurgy.Anew concept was introduced and analysed that superheat should be initial at the temperature when the melt is in a status of SiO_2 balance.The development of melting technology of cupola as well as induction furnace heve been put in details.Proposals for development of melting technology in China have been offered.
