摘要
在进口德国ＢＭＤ公司的气流冲击造型线上应用湿型砂生产铸钢件并进行工艺分析和参数选择。经过两年生产实践表明：湿型气冲工艺生产的铸件尺寸精度、外观和内在质量均符合技术条件要求，并达到ＡＡＲ－Ｍ标准。
teel castings have been produced by an air impact molding line imported from BMD and process analysed and parameters selected practical experiences of two years show that accuracy and quality both internal and external of castings produced by air impact green molding accord with the specifications as well as reach the level of AAR-M standard.
