摘要
离心铸造法生产高铬铸铁-球墨铸铁复合轧辊时,采用高铬碳比、低硅合金成份的高铬铸铁可保证轧辊得到马氏体和奥氏体基体组织,碳化物为M_7C_3型,保证了辊身硬度。在高铬外层和芯部球铁之间设置一中铬铸铁层,可有效地控制芯部含铬量≤0.6%,机械性能达到σ_b≥392MPa、δ≥2%。此外,合理选择浇注温度和浇注时间是保证各层金属良好熔合的关键。

Centrifugally cast high chromium iron-s.g. iron composite roll is obtained through high chromium,carburizatinn ,low Si with matrix of martensite and austenite and hardness assured by carbide M_7C_3. A layer of medium chromium iron between the outside layer of high chromium and core ofs.g.iron limits the core to a range of chromium≤0.6%,σ_b≥392MPa,δ≥2%. Besides,the key is to select the correct pouring temperature and time so as to realize a sound solder.
