冠心病患者白细胞膜黏附分子CD_(11b)/CD_(18)表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜黏附分子CD11b/CD18的表达。方法:对60例冠心病患者(冠心病组)采用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法与20例正常者(正常组)比较检测中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜黏附分子CD11b/CD18的表达。结果:冠心病组中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜黏附分子CD11b/CD18表达较正常组均增加,有显著性差异(P<0.05),环磷酸腺苷葡胺对不稳定性心绞痛患者干预后,其表达显著增高,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜黏附分子CD11b/CD18表达明显增加,其增加程度与心肌缺血的类型有关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of adhesion molecules CD_ 11b/CD_ 18 on neutrophils and monocytes in patients with different type of coronary heart disease (CHD),and to study the effects of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on their expression. Methods: The expression of CD_ 11b/CD_ 18 on neutrophils and monocytes were measured by flow cytometry -direct immunofluorescence techniques in 60 patients with CHD . Results: Expressions of CD_ 11b/CD_ 18 on neutrophils and monocytes in the CHD patients were markedly higher than those in normal cases(p<0.05),expressions of CD_ 11b/CD_ 18 markedly increased in patients with unstable angina pectoris in the presence of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate. Conclusion: Neutrophil and monocyte CD_ 11b/CD_ 18 adhesion molecules in patients with CHD had a higher expression, the degree of increased expression might be related to the types of myocardial ischemia.
