摘要
粘涂技术是将特种复合粘结剂涂敷于工程构件表面，以对其进行修复、防护和强化表面的工程技术。粘着强度为：剪切强度为２０～５０ＭＰａ、抗拉强度为３０～６５ＭＰａ、抗压强度为９０～１４５ＭＰａ。在铸造生产中，可用于修补铸件铸造缺陷；制作模样或芯盒；设备构件表面防护；零部件密封、堵漏、锁紧及坏损修复。
his is an engineering technique with which special compound binder is applied on to surface of component resulting in repair protection and strengthen. The binding strength is 20 ～ 50MPa of shearing strength,30～65MPa of tension strength,90～145MPa of compression strength.This technique can be used for repair of castings,patterns or corebox making,surface protection of componentof equipment,sealing,leakage-proof,locking and repair of parts.
