摘要
对长度超过100m的长线孔道,采用标准的真空辅助压浆施工工艺,用专用外加剂配制出水灰比小于0.35的水泥浆,配合专用的压浆设备,由专业施工队伍严格按照标准操作工序进行压浆施工,可以从根本上保证压浆质量。本文通过30m长试验梁的试验研究和140m长孔道实际工程的压浆施工,分析了保证超长公路桥梁预应力孔道压浆质量的方法和措施。
To ensure the press grouting quality of long line ducts over 100 meters, engineers adopted the standard assistant press grouting construction method, used special agents to prepare cement mud whose water-cement ratio is smaller than 0.35, selected professional press grouting device and construction teams, and kept standard operation procedures. In this article, authors analyze methods and measures which can ensure press grouting quality of prestressed ducts of road bridges, according to test study of a 30 meters beam and practical press grouting construction of a 140 meters duct.=
