摘要
通过对十字轴式万向接轴等轧机主传动件的结构分析和技术改进的研究,结合宝钢的使用维修经验,提出了轧钢设备主传动件选型的基本原则,指出了各种主传动件的使用、维护和检修的注意事项。
Through structure analysis and study on the improvement of the main transmission element (cross joint type cardan shaft etc.)in rolling mill,also with experiences from application and maintenance in Baosteel,the selection rule of the main transmission element in rolling mill is proposed in this paper.And the key to application,maiotenance and repair for each kind of main transmission element is also discussed in this paper.
