摘要
针对机械驱动实现的结晶器非正弦振动方式,给出了由两项三角函数表示的非正弦振动波形函数的具体表达形式,并给出了双偏心驱动实现此非正弦振动的方案。此机械方式实现的结晶器非正弦振动技术投资少、设备结构简单、加工容易、维护费用低,具有广阔的应用前景。
For the method of realizing non-sinusoidal oscillation driven by mechanism,the waveform functions of non-sinusoidal oscillation expressed by two parts triangle functions are presented in this paper.And the scheme of adapting double eccentric shaft to realize this function is given also.This non-sinusoidal oscillation technique of mold driven by mechanism has many merits such as the investment is low and the equipment is simple and the manufacture of equipment is easy and the maintenance cost is low.So this technique has widely prospect of application.
